    Job Duties:

    • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
    • Involve in new business development prospect, identify potential new clients and build good relationship
    • Provide support for on-boarding activities including account opening, participating in client and custodian meetings
    • Use variety of sources to search and specify candidates upon request.
    • Contact or invite potential candidates for interview
    • Interview candidates, then provide potential candidates to clients
    • Find, discuss, consult for clients to recruit suitable candidates.
    • Develop social network and update market.

     

  • Requirement:

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcome)
    • Experience in business development/client relationship management/marketing experience in asset management is a bonus
    • Proactive, mature and outgoing attributes
    • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
    • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram) is preferred
