Responsibilities
• Producing the monthly DPO Dashboard which involves analysing large volumes of data to produce accurate and innovative reporting metrics on data protection risks and mitigating actions.
• Producing risk assessments and working on bespoke projects for various RISK functions
• Understanding the data protection landscape that the bank is facing; providing regular research and analysis, whilst updating them on market trends and latest products
• Contribute in producing various Risk function reports, providing detailed analysis on cyber and privacy issues
• Provide a forward-looking view of the key data protection risks, monitoring regulatory landscape and proactively identify improvements to the processes.
• Contribute to regular written and verbal briefings and presentations for ICT DP and Lines of Business teams.
• Participate in ICT Risk projects or initiatives as necessary to get a broad perspective of the global ICT Risk team.
• Participate in Data Protection Impact Assessments
Skills & Experience Required:
• 3-5 years of experience in a large corporate
• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong troubleshooting, presentation, and consultative skills
• Detail oriented, comfortable with managing large quantities of data
• Experienced on combining and validating data coming from disparate sources
• Comfortable speaking technically with analysts and strategically with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbally.
Competencies:
• A professional qualification relevant to Business Analysis, Data Protection, Risk Management or Information Security.
• Experience of formal document creation, such as the creation of reports, procedures or presentations
• Presenting documentation in a professional and well-structured format
• Strong MS Office skills, Excel in particular are a must
• Good command on English is a must, both written and spoken
