    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6pm

    Contract Period: 6 months of contract

    Duties:

    • Answer customers' inquiries, handle requests and complaints by telephone and email according to the company's guidelines
    • Register and update the inquiries’ status into the ticketing system

     

     

  • Requirement:

    Requirements:

    • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    • 1 year’s customer service experience preferably in Telecom industry

    - Immediate availability is highly preferred
