  • Job Description:

    Scope of Work:

    • Provide an excellent level of IT support to all business units.
    • Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware & software in PCs, telecommunication equipment and other computer services.
    • Setup, configure and support of laptop, desktop, smartphone or network devices.
    • Maintain hardware & software inventory record and prepare project reports.
    • Coordinate the support to boutiques and offices in APAC.
    • Manage Microsoft server AD environment and file server backup.
    • Ensure proper documentation, tracking and follow up of all incidents record in IT ticketing system.
    • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.​
  • Requirement:


    • Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines​
    • 3-4 years’ experience in technical support / customer service;
    • Experience in supporting computer hardware (PC, Laptop, Smartphone and video conference device etc.) and software (Windows Desktop, MS Office/365, Team, Outlook etc.), basic back-end troubleshooting and manage Windows Server & AD.
    • A good team player, proactive, responsible, excellent customer service-oriented mindset, outgoing, good interpersonal skill, able to work independently;
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
    • Occasional outdoor work may be required;
    • ​Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
