- Provide Help desk support – Level 1 trouble shooting and resolution to application problem.
- Frontline diagnostic of problem
- Recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network.
- Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services.
- Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
- Periodic virus-checking service.
- Create or modify printer server or print queue.
- Set-up new user accounts, policy and security.
- Daily check list - error log checking and reporting.
- 2 years working experience in IT support
- Knowledge in Windows System and Microsoft Office System
- Customer service-orientated and have problem-solving skills.
