    • Extensive diary management and arranging appointments

    • Maintenance of files, including opening and closing files and archiving

    • Call screening and regular client liaison

    • Management of monthly expenses, timesheets and billing

    • Monthly reporting – assisting with creation, editing and distribution of board reports

    • Drafting of correspondence and pleadings

    • Daily use of internal document management system

    • Dictaphone typing

    • Preparing briefs for counsel

    • Management of all matter related disbursements

    • Client reporting.

  • Requirement:

    • You must have the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in order to meet strict service standards and deadlines.

    • This role would suit an experienced legal secretary with the ability to pick up new systems and tasks quickly, who possesses excellent communication skills and has high level attention to detail.

    • You must have the confidence to deal with people at all levels, demonstrate initiative and be able to deal with confidential matters.
